Proverbs 27:17 Team gave lectures on the following: Bishop Roberto M. Suarez - Vision Casting, Rev. Edgar M. Alegre - Church Management, Rev. Eliseo R. Ilagan - Mission and Evangelism, and Rev. Bernard M. Salawa -Eschatology.

The Vision Casting and Seminars, held from December 6th to 9th at the Palompon Christian Church in Leyte, proved to be a highly successful event. Hosted by the Cebu-Leyte Area under the leadership of Rev. Joel Marquez, the seminars focused on the theme "Expanding God's Kingdom through Vision Casting" and included various sessions dedicated to church growth strategies. A total of 23 participants from various churches across Leyte actively engaged in the sessions.
The event fostered a strong sense of community and collaboration among participants, leaving them inspired and equipped to further God's work in their respective churches. To Rev. Joel Marquez and the entire Cebu-Leyte Area team, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional hospitality and tireless efforts in hosting this transformative event.
Your dedication and commitment to providing a supportive and enriching environment for participants were truly commendable. The seamless organization and the inspiring atmosphere you created contributed significantly to the success of the seminars. We also thank the Palompon Christian Church for graciously providing the venue.

On behalf of the PMF-Proverbs 27:17 Team, we extend our deepest gratitude for your exceptional cooperation and unwavering support in making our recent Vision Casting and Seminars a resounding success. Your full collaboration, spearheaded by Area Coordinator Maribel G. Ravelo and the dedicated Church Leaders, was instrumental in creating a truly enriching and impactful event.
We were incredibly blessed to have 47 attendees participate in the seminars, which focused on the theme: "Expanding God's Kingdom through Vision Casting." The insightful lectures delivered by Bishop Roberto M. Suarez (Vision Casting), Rev. Edgar Alegre (Church Management), and Rev. Eliseo R. Ilagan (Mission and Evangelism) were well-received and greatly appreciated. The dedication and hard work of the Zambales Area, Church Leaders, and Church members in hosting this event is truly commendable. Your efforts created a warm and welcoming atmosphere conducive to learning and spiritual growth.

FEBRUARY 24 - MARCH 1, 2025 - VISION CASTING, SEMINARS ON CHURCH MANAGEMENT, SEMINARS ON MISSION & EVANGELISM, AND EMAW DISCIPLESHIP.​
VISION CASTING IN SOUTH COTABATO, SARANGANI, AND ISULAN SULTAN KUDARAT

A vision casting event, seminars, and launching of the EMAW Discipleship Program were successfully held in South Cotabato and Sarangani Province. Thirty-one pastors and church leaders participated, demonstrating a strong commitment to expanding God's kingdom in the region. The event focused on equipping these leaders with the tools and vision to reach unreached tribal communities and plant new churches in remote areas of South Cotabato and Sarangani Province. The emphasis was on practical strategies for church growth and discipleship making, empowering participants to effectively share the Gospel and build thriving local churches.
Key Highlights:
· Vision Casting: The event began with a powerful vision casting session, inspiring participants to embrace the challenge of reaching the unreached populations within their provinces.
· Seminars: Seminars covered crucial aspects of church growth and discipleship, providing practical training and resources for the delegates.
· EMAW Discipleship Program Launch: The launching of the EMAW Discipleship Program marked a significant step towards sustainable church growth and discipleship development in the region.
· Call to Action: Pastors and church leaders were challenged to actively engage in reaching out to unreached tribal communities and planting new churches in remote areas. This call to action was a central theme throughout the event, emphasizing the urgency and importance of expanding God's kingdom in these underserved regions.
Challenges and Opportunities:
· Accessibility: Reaching remote areas presents logistical challenges regarding transportation, communication, and resource allocation. Strategies to overcome these challenges need to be developed and implemented.
· Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respecting the unique cultural contexts of the unreached tribal communities is crucial for effective ministry. Further training and resources on cross-cultural ministry may be beneficial.
· Sustainability: Ensuring the long-term sustainability of newly planted churches requires ongoing support, mentorship, and resource provision. A plan for ongoing support and mentorship should be established.
Recommendations:
· Follow-up Meetings: Regular follow-up meetings with the delegates should be scheduled to provide ongoing support, address challenges, and monitor progress.
· Resource Provision: Provide the necessary resources (financial, material, and human) to support the delegates in their efforts to reach the unreached and plant new churches.
· Ongoing Training: Offer ongoing training and mentorship programs to equip the delegates with the skills and knowledge they need to effectively carry out their ministry.








MARCH 24-26, 2025 - VISION CASTING, LECTURE ON ESCHATOLOGY
TAGUM, DAVAO DE ORO AREA

The vision casting event took place primarily on March 25th, 2025. Bishop Suarez delivered a comprehensive lecture outlining the 2030 Vision, detailing associated plans and programs. This provided a clear roadmap for future church initiatives. Following Bishop Suarez's presentation, Rev. Salawa presented the PMF Statement of Faith, clarifying the organization's core beliefs and values. This ensured alignment and understanding among the delegates. In addition to the main presentations, the team visited various churches in the Tagum area during the three-day period (March 24-26, 2025), fostering stronger community bonds and facilitating further discussions.
The vision casting event was well-attended and highly engaging. The presentations by Bishop Suarez and Rev. Salawa were informative and inspiring. The additional church visits helped to build relationships and strengthen the collaborative spirit among the participating churches. To further enhance future events, consider incorporating interactive sessions to encourage greater delegate participation. A post-event survey could gather valuable feedback to improve future vision casting initiatives. Finally, documenting the key takeaways and action items from the event would ensure that the vision is effectively implemented.​​​​

APRIL 21-23, 2025 - VISION CASTING, LECTURE ON CHURCH MANAGEMENT, CHURCH ADMINISTRATION, AND LECTURE ON ESCHATOLOGY WITH EVERY MAN A WARRIOR TRAINING.
SURIGAO DEL NORTE AREA

PROVERBS 27:17 TEAM GAVE LECTURES ON THE FOLLOWING:
Vision Casting: This was attended by 23 delegates (pastors and church leaders) representing 12 churches in the Surigao del Norte area. Vision casting established a shared vision for the future of the churches in the region, outlining goals and strategies for growth and impact.
Church Management and Administration: This practical training provided essential skills in efficient church operations, financial management, and resource allocation.
Eschatology: This theological module explored biblical teachings on end times, equipping leaders with a deeper understanding of relevant scriptural perspectives.
Every Man a Warrior Training: There were 9 Men who attended the Every Man A Warrior Discipleship Training. This specialized training focused on equipping men within the churches with leadership skills, spiritual formation, and practical applications for their roles within the community.​
The three-day event (April 21-23, 2025) successfully combined vision casting with crucial leadership development modules. The training covered essential aspects of church management, administration, and theological understanding, complemented by practical "Every Man a Warrior" training. The high attendance (23 delegates from 12 churches) reflects a strong commitment to growth and collaboration within the Surigao del Norte church community.​
The diverse training modules were well-received and provided a comprehensive approach to leadership development. To further enhance future events, consider incorporating opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and mentorship. Post-training follow-up sessions could help reinforce learning and facilitate the implementation of newly acquired skills.
This report highlights the success of the vision casting and leadership training event in Surigao del Norte. The active participation and dedication of the delegates demonstrate a strong commitment to growth and collaboration. ​​​

Their presence demonstrates a significant commitment to collaborative growth and a shared vision for the advancement of God's kingdom. Their collective effort in attending this gathering underscores a strong desire for spiritual enrichment and effective ministry.
